
I love being surrounded by mums of all ages as they are always sharing stories about their children and on how they try to fit everything in their day. Many say to me I may look confident but deep down there is a doubt that keeps taking over which I believe prevents me to slow down as I just push and push myself. Over time this continued pushing has a way of derailing one’s health.
Many mums share with me that they just need to stay focused and calm ensuring their family which includes their pets have the best of everything to maintain good health and well-being. Being so selfless may seem fine for a while but unless mums find time to take a breather, as well as create a health regime that allows their mind and body to be restored and in balance daily, they may not be able to continue this level of selflessness in making their family their priority.
