Also including naturally derived excipients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Cellulose C microcrystalline, Silica C colloidal anhydrous, Magnesium stearate.
Tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029.
Harmony My Sleep:
Active ingredients per tablet
Each tablet contains extracts equivalent to the dried:
- Zizyphus jujuba seed (Zizyphus) 10 g
- Humulus lupulus flower (Hops) 1.5 g
- Prunus cerasus fruit (Sour cherry) 1.2 g
- Magnesium citrate anhydrous 494 mg
- (equivalent to magnesium 80 mg)
Directions
Harmony Restore:
Starting dose: 2-3 tablets per day, continuously for 2 3 months.
Maintenance dose: 1-2 tablets per day, ongoing.
Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals
Harmony My Sleep:
One tablet in the evening, 30 minutes before retiring for sleep.
