If you want to return a purchased Product, we may request that product be returned to us. In this case, we will collect it from you free of charge – just contact our customer support and you will be provided with a free shipping label and other details on how we will collect the returning item from you. Please be noted that it is required to first contact customer support prior returning the Product to be eligible for shipping costs to be covered by us.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product. You can choose to either receive a money refund, exchange to another Product or store credit for future purchase.

We reserve the right to deny any return or refund claim if we believe that the claim is not made in good faith. This money back guarantee policy might be subject to change without prior notice. We may also amend this policy if required by the laws of the province/state in which you live.

Returning a Defective or Damaged Product
