How to Take
Schuessler Tissue Salts:

Chew tablets or crush and dissolve in water.

Acute conditions: every half an hour (up to 6 doses per day) until symptoms subside.
- Chronic or maintenance dose: 4 times daily.
- Take half an hour before meals, last dose at bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.
Ki Cold & Flu Day/Night:
- Day Tablets: Take 1 day tablet twice daily (morning and afternoon).
- Night Tablets: Take 1 night tablet before bedtime.
Ener-C Sugar Free Sachets:
- Take 1 packet per day. Dissolve contents of 1 packet into 4 to 6 oz of water and drink.
