In China and India this herb has been used for centuries to treat inflammatory arthritis. It contains boswellic acids, shown to invigorate the blood helping relieve muscle pain and reduce swelling.
Arnica montana flower
Arnica Montana has anti-inflammatory properties. When applied to the skin it offers pain relief associated with sporting injuries, such as sprains, bruises and general muscle aches.
Panax pseudoginseng root
This herb works to eliminate blood stasis which improves blood circulation which reduces bruising and swelling, helping to speed up recovery time.
Commiphora myrrha stem bark resin
The Chinese used this herb in ancient medicine to treat wounds and bruises. It is also considered a pain reliever when pain is the result of blood stagnation.
Camphor
The cooling and penetrating effects of camphor oil make it an anti-inflammatory and sedative agent. It has been added to Zen Sports to also aide massage.

Each mL contains tinctures equivalent to dried: Arnica Montana flower 20mg, Boswellia carterii stem bark resin 16mg, Panax pseudoginseng root 16mg, Commiphora myrrha stem bark resin.

How to Use
Apply 1-4 sprays and massage in to the affected area, 1-4 times daily.
Can be used before or after sporting activity as needed. Store below 30ºC and keep away from direct sunlight.
