Harmony Restore has been formulated with herbs that have been clinically trialed, along with traditionally used in Chinese Medicine, to help relieve women’s hormonal symptoms, hormonal night sweats and skin issues exhaustion and symptoms of stress over 6 weeks.

Harmony Restore is not a vitamin or mineral supplement – it is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine developed to have a therapeutic effect.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains extracts equivalent to the dried: Ocimum tenuiflorum whole plant (OciBest) (Holy Basil) 6g, Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony) 3g, Withainia somnifera root (Ashwagandha) 1.5g, Olea europaea fruit (fresh) (Opextan) 1g Also including naturally derived excipients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Cellulose C microcrystalline, Silica C colloidal anhydrous, Magnesium stearate. Tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029

Directions For Use

Dosage: 1-6 weeks: 2 tablets per day Maintenance dose: 1 tablets per day Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner Directions: Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.

This stuff has changed my life.
I've already reccomended this product to several of my friends and my mom.
It's night and day for me.
when I don't take it I notice!
I have had pretty extreme anxiety the last few years and nothing I took seemed to help.

What is the best time of day to take my Harmony Stress Support Women’s Restore tablets?

First thing in the morning on an empty stomach is ideal, however you may take the tablets any time of the day. During weeks 1 – 6 when you are taking 2 tablets per day, it’s best to take two tablets together in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast. Harmony Restore is best taken away from meals (but not essential) with warm water or juice (easier to digest) and on an empty stomach. Any concentrated herbs consumed on a weak or empty stomach can cause a slight uncomfortable feeling in certain individuals. In this case, simply take directly after meals.
