Ingredients

Each Tablet contains extract equivalent to the dried herbs: Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree): 175mg, Angelica polymorpha root (Dong Quai): 2g, Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony): 2g, Bupleurum falcatum root: 1g. 

Also including naturally derived excipients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Cellulose – microcrystalline, Croscarmellose sodium, Hypromellose, Silica – colloidal anhydrous, Magnesium stearate, Chlorophyllin – copper complex, Carnauba wax. Tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029. Vitamin D3 150IU (Cholecalciferol): 3.75ug Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine hydrochloride): 25mg

How to Take

Starting dose: 2-3 tablets per day, continuously for 2 3 months.

Maintenance dose: 1-2 tablets per day, ongoing.

Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.

Harmony Balance has been formulated to support the body throughout the menstrual cycle. It should be taken on an ongoing, daily basis for best results. As Harmony® Balance contains tonic herbs, many women also prefer to take a maintenance dose daily after symptoms ease, to help provide ongoing energy, and to maintain balance, calmness and wellbeing.

This varies on the individual, some women may experience positive results within a month, and however it is recommended you continue taking the starting dose for 2-3 cycles to allow time for your system to rebalance.

We don’t recommend taking Harmony Balance and the contraception pill at the same time. For more information we suggest you speak with your doctor or healthcare professional.

First thing in the morning on an empty stomach is ideal, however you may take the tablets any time of the day. If you are on 3 tablets per day, then it’s best to take two tablets in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast and one tablet 30 minutes before dinner. Harmony Balance is best taken away from meals (but not essential) with warm water or juice (easier to digest) and on an empty stomach. Any concentrated herbs consumed on a weak or empty stomach can cause a slight uncomfortable feeling in certain individuals. In this case, simply take directly after meals.
