Directions For Use
Schuessler Tissue Salt Tablets:

Chew tablets or crush and dissolve in water.

Acute conditions: every half an hour (up to 6 doses per day) until symptoms subside.
- Chronic or maintenance dose: 4 times daily.
- Take half an hour before meals, last dose at bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.

I've used tissue salts (cell salts, Schussler salts, call them what you like) of various brands for years, and when I discovered the Martin & Pleasance line I was gratified to find they have a combination for congestion, a problem for me my entire adult life. In my case the congestion is largely in the sinuses, and I sometimes use their SInus remedy as well. I can't even remember all the people I've told about tissue salts, mostly to resounding indifference. One has to assume they enjoy the drowsiness, addictiveness, and rebound congestion of the OTC drug store remedies.

We have been using Combin J for Colds, etc, for over 40 years, and they are the best....we very seldom get colds, and when we do, they are very mild. We are thrilled that we have found you, because for a while we were unable to get the previous name brand that we had been using here in Canada after immigrating from South Africa 17 years ago.
