Bruising, sprains and minor sport injuries.

Ingredients

Active ingredients: Arnica montana (flower) extract equivalent to dry flower 20mg/g.

Also contains: Glyceryl caprylate, p-Anisic acid, Gluconolactone and ethanol.

Directions For Use

Massage a moderate amount into the affected area 3 times daily. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

Store below 30C.

Works great for sore muscles, tendons and ligaments. I have an old ankle injury that acts up and this helps sooo much with the stiffness and pain. Also when your muscles are too sore after doing yard lots of yard work it makes it possible to sleep. Otherwise i would be awake from the muscle pain.
