Because Mum Deserves It All

A time to recognise the love, care, and sacrifices mothers make every day

Mother’s often:

Support their children emotionally

Work hard for their family

Teach important values

Stay beside their children in good and difficult times

So the day feels meaningful because it gives people a chance to say thank you, show appreciation, and make mothers feel loved and valued.

It is also special because it is not only about gifts. Even small things like a hug, kind words, a handwritten note, or spending time together can mean a lot.

Mother’s Day is special because it celebrates a mother’s unconditional love and everything she does for her family.

Hormone balance matters because hormones are the body’s chemical messengers. They help control metabolism, growth and development, sexual function, mood, sleep, and many day-to-day body processes. When hormone levels are too high, too low, or the body does not respond properly to them, health problems can happen.

That is why hormone problems can show up as tiredness, weight changes, feeling too hot or too cold, low mood, irregular periods, sleep trouble, low sex drive, or changes in energy and concentration. Thyroid disorders are a common example, because thyroid hormones help control how the body uses energy.

Hormone changes also matter at certain life stages. For example, lower estrogen around menopause can affect symptoms like hot flashes and sleep, and it can also increase the risk of bone loss and osteoporosis.

So, hormone balance matters because it supports how you feel, how your organs work, and your long-term health. It is less about chasing “perfect balance” and more about recognizing symptoms and treating them as they come up.

For a very simple version: when hormones are working well, the body runs more smoothly; when they are not, many parts of health can be affected.
